Hi! I’m Nabila (na-bee-la), a trainer and consultant with 15+ years of experience navigating the ever-changing world of projects, people, and possibilities. Along the way, I’ve worn many hats—Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Manager, People Manager, Educator, Humanitarian, and Executive—learning from every success, bump, and failure.

I’ve helped launch multimillion-dollar solutions, built decision-making frameworks, and coached teams to turn tough challenges into confident wins. I’ve always been a bit of a lifelong learner (read: professional nerd) and am currently diving headfirst into a doctorate in technology—because, I love research and development. As an adjunct professor, I get to geek out over project management and leadership with students who teach me as much as I teach them. It’s my way of staying sharp, staying curious, and hopefully inspiring a few "aha!" moments along the way.

When I’m not immersed in work, you’ll probably find me wandering through a market with a snack/street food in hand, confidently getting lost, or discovering that shortcuts are just long cuts in disguise. Travel keeps me curious, humble, and endlessly entertained—especially when things don’t go as planned. These adventures fuel fresh ideas, spark new perspectives, and provide plenty of laugh-worthy stories for any conversation.
